Journey

“Life is a journey and not a destination.”

We’ve all heard it, and probably all feel that we know it. A truth spoken rings true, right? Applying it to life is much more difficult than it sounds. I realized today that while I consider my destination to be happiness and contentment with life, I don’t seem to be having fun on my journey. How ironic is that? Maybe the truth is that the journey and the destination are one and the same and rather than striving for a destination, we just need to be where were are and find ways to improve each moment.
